We share your personal data with the following recipients:

with a partner for whose products or services you have purchased a voucher through our Services, exclusively so that this partner can issue you a tax document for the goods or services in question;

When making a payment as part of a purchase, some of your data may be processed and further transferred, especially your name, e-mail, phone number, data about your order (e.g. information about the chosen order method, delivery and billing addresses, value of gift cards ), and further data about the user account on our website, including data about logging into it (e.g. method and time of logging into the user account, date of last password change, number of orders per day and year, etc.) for the purpose of implementation payments.

Right of access. You have the right to obtain confirmation of whether and what kind of personal data we process, including the right to copies of the personal data we process. Please note that it will not be possible to provide such information that would endanger our trade secrets or the rights of third parties.

Right to correction and addition. If you find that your personal data that we process is inaccurate or incomplete, you have the right to ask us to correct and update it.

Please take into account that it is not always possible to delete personal data, especially not if the processing takes place for a legitimate purpose and in accordance with personal data protection regulations.

Right to restriction of processing. You have the right to request that we transfer your personal data that you have provided to us and that we process (in a commonly used and machine-readable format) to a third party (another data controller) that you specify in your request. Please take into account that you can exercise this right only if we process your personal data based on your consent or for the purpose of fulfilling the contract and at the same time the processing is automated.

The right to submit a complaint to a supervisory authority. If you believe that there has been a violation of the obligations established by the legal regulations for the protection of personal data, you have the right to file a complaint with the Office for the Protection of Personal Data or with another office of a member state of the European Union, which is entrusted with the supervision of compliance with obligations in the field of personal data protection. We care about you, so we will be very happy if you contact us directly before filing a complaint and give us the opportunity to resolve everything directly with you.

The right to object to the processing of personal data. In addition to the above-mentioned rights, you also have the right to object to the processing of your personal data. An objection can be raised when the legal basis for the processing of personal data is the legitimate interest of the operator or a third party (or when the legal basis for the processing is the fulfillment of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of public authority). You can also object if we process your personal data for direct marketing purposes (on the basis of a legal title of legitimate interest), including profiling in order to find the most suitable interesting offers for you.

If you object to the processing, we will not process your personal data further, until we demonstrate serious reasons for the processing that outweigh your interests or rights and freedoms.
